Description
:Responsibilities
 Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, ICT, Fire Alarm and safety design management and coordination •
 Manages quality and safety reviews of site designs, design compliance is met, and constructability of design is cost effective • 
 Clearly communicate project requirements (scope / objectives / deliverables etc.)•  
 Perform constructive reviews of design proposals•  
 Coordinate and control design submittals for project owners review and approv•
 Review, negotiate and recommend for approval / disapproval on design change orders •
 Oversee design progress against schedule and budget •
 Implement corrective measures for identified distractions or issues •
 Administer design coordinate and monitor status of design •
 Facilitate design workshop and problem-solving discussions •
 Manage, obtain and create effective communication methods across the team •
 Schedule, invite conduct and minute design coordination workshops •
Requirements
:Qualifications
 B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable University •
 +4 years of Experience in a similar role •
 Proven experience in Systems Design Management •
 Fluent in written and spoken English •
 Previous experience in MEP Engineering Design Company - Advantage •
 Familiar with IS and EU codes standards - Advantage •
