We're looking for a talented and motivated Support Engineer to join our team !
You will be responsible for troubleshooting, identifying issues, and delivering professional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Providing remote Tier 3 support for our embedded information security solutions to ensure exceptional service delivery to our valued customers. 
• Identifying and efficiently resolving technical issues with a high level of professionalism, ensuring optimal client satisfaction. 
• Collaborating closely with the IT and information security teams of our clients, fostering strong working relationships, and meeting their specific needs. 
• Acquiring an in-depth understanding of security solutions from various manufacturers, enabling you to offer specialized expertise and guidance to customers.

Requirements
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in System/IT 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and internal teams. 
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to tackle complex technical challenges with efficiency. 
• Prior experience in customer service and client-facing roles, demonstrating your ability to provide top-notch support and build positive relationships. 
• The ability to perform well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines, ensuring seamless support even during challenging situations. 
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. 
• Experience working with large organizations or enterprises- Advantage.
