Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with clients to translate their customer-focused goals into Salesforce solutions.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to improve customer engagement—think dashboards, workflows, and automations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver transformative solutions.
- Lead client workshops, train users, and ensure smooth Salesforce adoption.
- Bring the latest Salesforce trends and innovations to the table.

What You Bring:
- 3-4 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst, especially in customer-focused roles.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other platforms.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Business Analyst) are a plus.
- Strong communication skills to bridge tech and business needs.
- A passion for problem-solving and enhancing customer journeys with tech.
